Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting the Sacred Monastery of St. John of the Ladder. Because our liturgical items, antimensia, and appliques are handcrafted and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

1. All Sales Are Final

Every item purchased from our store is crafted by hand and prepared with the utmost care by our brotherhood. Because of the custom nature of these liturgical goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer need the items, or ordered the incorrect size or variety.

2. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure that every order is packaged securely and shipped in perfect condition from our monastery in Greece. Once a package is in transit, the delivery process is handled entirely by the postal carriers and your home country’s customs office.

Consequently, we cannot take responsibility for transit delays, package loss, or customs inspections (including instances where customs officials open, inspect, or rearrange the contents of your package). Any issues regarding delivery errors or damage incurred during transit must be addressed directly with your local postal carrier and customs authorities.

3. Order Cancellations

Since we typically begin preparing, making, or packaging your order within 3 to 5 business days, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be processed after an order is placed. If you need to cancel an order, please reply immediately to the order confirmation email you received. Once an order has been dispatched from our monastery, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
