Welcome to https://monasteryorthodoxincense.com. This website is owned and operated by the Sacred Monastery of St. John of the Ladder, located in Boeotia, Greece. By accessing our website and purchasing our handcrafted liturgical goods, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital embroidery files, and product descriptions—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Sacred Monastery of St. John of the Ladder. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs, photography, or written content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy of Products and Pricing

Because all of our items (incense, antimensia, appliques, and vestments) are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, and finish are natural and to be expected. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

In the event of a typographical or pricing error in our store, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Deliveries

All physical purchases are subject to our shipping policies. Once a package is transferred to our postal carriers in Greece, the delivery is handled entirely by third-party shipping networks and local customs offices. For detailed information on shipping times, import taxes, and our final sales policy, please review our Shipping & FAQ Page and our Refund Policy Page.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on our store, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with handcrafted goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the applicable regulations of the European Union.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
