Made-to-Order & Curing Times

Because everything we make is a traditional monastic craft, we do not keep a large commercial warehouse of sitting inventory. When you place a large order, we make it from scratch specifically for you.

Wholesale Orthodox Incense

Traditional Athonite-style incense requires time to cure properly. For parishes and shops ordering our wholesale Greek incense, we allow the blending process to begin here at the workshop, and it will finish maturing while it travels to you. Please allow about one month from the time you pay for your order until it arrives at your door.

Bulk Orthodox Embroidery

Our embroidered items take a significant amount of time and physical labor. If you are placing a large order for vestments or a bulk antimension set, we will email you a realistic completion timeline based on our workshop’s current schedule. (We offer five standard antimension designs: four remastered classics from Mount Athos, Russia, and Romania, and one design of our own).

Taxes & Customs Info

For Orders Outside the European Union (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): You do not pay European tax (VAT). The prices you see at checkout are tax-free export prices.

While we cover the shipping cost from Greece via registered Hellenic Post, any local import duties, customs fees, or provincial taxes applied by your home country are your responsibility when the package arrives.
